Hi, thereee!
I’m Alexa, a visual artist and illustrator, currently based between Dublin and Bucharest.
I’ve been drawing as long as I can remember, but it never occurred to me until my last year of high school that I’d choose to make a career out of it. But life’s funny and magical things happen every day!
With an academic background in Arts and Design, my creative practice spans from small-scale works, such as paintings, embroidery, and illustrations, to large-scale murals found in different corners of the world (yes, I do paint very, very big walls, too).
An illustrator for meaningful celebrations
I love events, too. Like VERY much. I believe it goes hand in hand with beautiful, romantic things, such as art. So as a live event illustrator, I create hand-drawn portraits, venue sketches, and bespoke keepsakes for weddings and different celebrations across Ireland and Romania. During the event, I capture guests and memorable details live, turning the atmosphere of a celebration into tangible art that people can hold onto forever!
